We are currently not able to provide pizza as part of the party package.
Outside food is only allowed in the party room.
No outside food is to be eaten at concession tables or in the jump area.

ANY OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK MUST REMAIN IN THE PARTY ROOM.
Room access is only allowed during the reserved time. We do not permit early access or allow extended time.
We encourage decorations but we do not allow tape or tacks on the walls. Use of reusable adhesive putty is allowed.
Please ask your host if needed.
No confetti, glitter or silly string or face paint allowed.
We do allow outside food in the party rooms only. Food must be brought in ready to eat. No cooking or hotplates allowed.
No alcohol or tobacco use allowed.
Do not stand on chairs or tables.
Upon completion of party, all personal items (food, presents, ect.) must be removed from the facility.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Private parties are booked outside of normal open jump hours and are 100% private for only your guests. Perfect for birthdays, youth groups, Scout meetings, day cares, field trips, family or corporate events. Start times can begin as early as 9:00 AM or as late as 7:00 PM. Parties will be 2 hours in length (additional time available for an additional charge) with a minimum of 1 hour between parties for us to clean and sanitize.
Private Parties can not be booked through our online booking.

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. Any cancellations must be done at least 30 days in advance or deposit will be forfeited. Reschedules are allowed up to 14 days prior to party date depending on availability for no charge. A $25 rescheduling fee will be added for changes made within 14 days of the party date. Once a party has been rescheduled, if party is canceled, the deposit is forfeited regardless of party date.
Party size can be changed at least 7 days in advance, based on availability, for no charge. Within 7 days of party, there will be a $25 charge for any changes made to party size.
NO CHANGES ALLOWED TO PARTY SIZE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PARTY.
